These guys operate by their own set of rules. if you dare speak out against them or make any complaints about their conduct; Look Out!
Since moving to Manitoba, I have felt nothing but bullying from the RCMP. As an Aboriginal, I thought this was the year of reconcilation. These so called professionals need to read the Manitoba Pathways To Reconciliation Act. This is the definition of a Rogue Force.
